Large carved wood will plaque depicting a allegorical religious scene with figures, no visible signature, remnants of exhibition label verso. Exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art, 1878. Sight size 26.75" x 18.5", ornately carved frame 48" x 38.75" x 7". Condition: Split and discoloration front center, loss of decoration to frame.
