1. WITTICK & RUSSELL, View Old Pueblo San [Santo] Domingo, N.M.1882 c., 4x6.8" Stereograph, ASG# W&R/1003, Views in New Mexico and Arizona beige Albuquerque backmark, beige front. View of the two story Pueblo with its numerous house ladders, horno.
2. WITTICK & RUSSELL, View in Laguna N.M. on line of A&P R.R., 1882 c, 4x7" Stereo card, ASG# W&R/1007 Views in New Mexico, Arizona and Mexico pink Albuquerque backmark, orange front of card. A delightful view of a Laguna family posing in front of their house.
2 [G. Ben] Wittick & [R.W]. Russell albumen print stereo cards, each titled in ink on the back views of New Mexico Pueblos. Wittick, one of the most prominent of New Mexico's Territorial photographs partnered with Russell in a studio in Santa Fe in 1880, moved it to Albuquerque at the "blue tent" gallery, dissolving their partnership in 1884. Wittick generally traveled and photographed while Russell ran the studio.
Condition: W&R/1003 Santo Domingo Pueblo - Good, tones rich moderate wear other notes on back as seen on repro.
WR/1007 Laguna Family - Good, overall tones rich but light with mild wear
