Allport & Ketland Co .70 caliber flintlock trade musket. Brown finish. Lockplate stamped ALLPORT / Late Wtn / KETLAND & Co. Barrel stamped P M / RS 1817. Brass accents. Wire inlay in upper wrist. Fixed front sight. Brass butt plate. Ramrod. Caliber / Gauge: 70 | Barrel Length: 41.25" | Serial Number: NSN
Condition: Barrel: Light finish loss with light scuffs. Bore: Light wear with moderate oxidation. Lock plate: Moderate finish loss. Stock: Light wear with 0.25? crack behind lock plate, 2? piece broken above lock plate. 2? break on left side plate next to barrel. 0.75? crack from rear side plate screw. Butt plate: Light wear. Mechanically good.
