Here is a print that was framed but the frame is not included nor is the mat, and it will be shipped rolled. Some of the photos show print in the frame and some out. There is some tape residue on the back and a little tape, also a smudge or tape residue on the front on the left edge into the print, and a little wear. See the last two photos for close ups. Including the margins it measures 24 1/2" x 37 1/2"
