VERY FINE RUDDY DUCK PAIR by the Wildfowler Decoy Company, Pt. Pleasant, NJ. Excellent original paint and condition. Hollow construction. Relief-carved wings. Drake with fluted, fanned tail. Subtle painted feather work to backs, sides and back of drake's tail. Both heads turned slightly turned. Nice full-bodied carvings. Notation on bottoms in black marker: "RUDDY DUCK MALE/FEMALE, "1972", HOLLOW PINE." "1" carved in bottoms. Signed by Charles R. Birdsall. Retain crisp Wildfowler brands. 300-400
