Dutch Beaumont Vitali M1871/88 Rifle
11x52mm. 32.5" barrel length. SN: 232L. Polished bright metal finish with polished bolt in Walnut straight wrist stock featuring full length handguard and mounting adjustable rear notch and front blade sights. Bolt-action internal box magazine fed repeating rifle. Barrel flats show a production date of 1874 with Dutch {Crown/Initial} inspections scattered to major parts. Right butt struck with a seal reading DELFT/{Crown}/W/1875, and matching serial numbers to bolt components.
This lot is located in Cincinnati.
Condition
Very Good. Bore is Bright with crisp rifling throughout. Finish retains some polish to internal components but a deep gray to brown patina forming on the bolt handle and mottled overall. Triggerguard and magazine are a brown patina. Stock shows some rounded edges and scattered light dents.
