**Italian Vetterli M1870/87/15 Rifle
6.5x52mm. 33.85" barrel length. SN: Q3817. Blued metal finish with walnut straight wrist stock and mounting adjustable rear V-notch leaf and front blade sights. Bolt-action internal magazine fed repeating rifle charged with en-bloc Mannlicher style clips. Rifle is struck with the circled BRESCIA factory marking and originally dated 1873. Stock serial number has been arsenal force matched. Comes with a modern production leather sling.

Condition
Good. Bore is Frosty with patina throughout and strong rifling. Item displays a brown patina overall with some blue on the flanks of the receiver and the rear of the bolt body. Stock shows some rounding at the edges suggesting it has been sanded, and scattered dents and mars. Rear triggerguard screw fits proud of the tang, suggesting it may be a replacement.
