This circa 1875 manufactured engraved W.W. Greener exposed hammers under lever release SxS shotgun is in good condition as uncleaned displaying a pleasing gray brown patina to major metal parts with faint hints of case color in protected areas of the side plates. The barrel assembly shows muted damascene patterning including along the top rib which is clearly stamped "W.W.GREENER. ST MARY'S WORKS BIRMINGHAM". The checkered hardwood butt stock and forend are very good with nice graining. The markings are sharp, the actions are crisp & the bores are uncleaned & rough with scattered moderate erosion.
