Browning Model SA-22 auto takedown rifle, .22 LR cal., 19" barrel, blued barrel and factory engraved receiver in the white, gloss finished checkered walnut two-piece pistol grip stock, brass bead blade front and folding rear sights, clear factory markings with the left side of the barrel marked, "MADE IN JAPAN". Mfg in 1976, the rifle is in excellent overall condition with the barrel retaining 98-99% of the factory blue with light handling marks. The receiver is French Gray with fine floral engraving and game scenes on both sides of the receiver and top. The rifle shows light handling marks and some spots of dried oil that should clean. The stock is near excellent with light scratches and a small rub on the fore end near the takedown switch. The butt ends with a ribbed blue steel butt providing a 14" LOP to a gold trigger. The bore is near excellent and the action is crisp.
