This engraved L. C. Smith Quality D SxS exposed hammers 10 gauge shotgun is in overall very good to near fine condition displaying ample muted case colors to the side plates with traces of case color to the receiver (with sculpted fences), pleasing gray patina to the hammers, barrel release lever, triggers, trigger guard (with game scene panel), misc. small parts & securing screws while the barrel assembly shows beautiful Damascus patterning. The finely checkered hardwood butt stock & forend (w/horn forend tip) are fine with pleasing grain patterns. The butt stock is capped with a TrueSport hard rubber butt pad/spacer delivering a LOP of 14-1/4". The engraving/markings are sharp, the actions are crisp & the bores are fair + with light pitting in the barrels near the breech ends.
