This highly & extensively scroll engraved Grade 1 W. W. Greener 12 gauge SxS exposed hammers shotgun is in overall very good to fine condition displaying beautifully accomplished engraving to the receiver, side plates, hammers, trigger guard, Jones under lever, forend rear plate, barrel lug/securing discs/screws & decorative front piece. The barrel assembly shows the majority of its damascene pattern with chokes of IMP CYL/CYL. The finely grained hardwood butt stock and forend are near fine to fine with the butt stock capped by a 1" checkered horn butt plate that creates a LOP of 14-1/2". The drop at the comb is 1-3/4", the drop at the heel is 2-3/4". The engraving & markings are sharp (the barrel address is lightly visible), the actions are crisp & the bores are fine. An exceedingly beautiful example of expert engraving on a classic maker's shotgun suitable for inclusion in any private or public collection.
