Very early engraved W. Greener SxS exposed hammer 10 gauge Agent-Marked (Made for Charles Curry San Francisco, Cala. & so marked on the barrel rib) shotgun in very good to near fine condition displaying tightly scroll engraving on the receiver, hammers/hammer securing screws, upper tang, trigger guard, lower tang/trigger guard base, forend front rammer securing plate, left & right barrel lug bases & top rear barrel rib flat. The Best Laminated Steel barrels display approximately 97% of their fine damascene patterning. The checkered finely grained hardwood half stock is very good + showing the majority of its rich oil finish with dark staining to an area at the rear top of the right & left side of the stock by the steel butt plate of approximately 2" on the right side & approximately 1/2" on the left side (likely from long storage). There is a brass tipped hardwood rammer present in the barrel underside channel secured by two retaining parts & the rammer securing plate. The engraving & markings are sharp, the actions are crisp & the bores are very good. NOTE: Charles Curry was one of the largest firearms dealers in the West during the mid-1800's/early 1900's (Pre-98/No FFL Required)
