Krieghoff SxS sidelock double rifle, 8.7mm cal., 23.55" filed solid rib, rust blue finish, lightly engraved color case hardened receiver, checkered walnut two-piece pistol grip stock with splinter fore end with Deeley/Edge release, horn grip cap, lower tang and butt plate, double triggers, tang safety, ramped silver bead blade front and two-leaf folding express rear sights. The rifle is topped with claw mounts and a Unertl fixed 2.75X rifle scope with a post & cross hair reticle, providing clear, crisp optics. The rifle is in fine overall condition, retaining 90-95% of the thinning rust blue finish with wear at the muzzles and scratches. The receiver shows considerable muted color case hardened finish with light scroll engraving and crisp screw heads. The stock is fine with indentations, scrapes and minor marks. The stock retains considerable finish with nice fiddleback figure in the butt stock. The butt ends with a ribbed horn butt plate showing damage at the heel and toe, providing a 13.25" LOP. The bores are near excellent and the action is crisp, remaining tight on face. (C&R/PPT).
