This Winchester Model 1885 Low Wall single shot rifle is in overall very good + condition displaying an even gray patina to the gun's parts with a flip-up adjustable rear sight, flip-up Beeches front sight and a blued dovetail filler. The finely grained hardwood butt stock is very good with an approximate 1" X 1/8" filled chip to the top front right wrist rail. The forend is also very good with a darker wood insert at the front end and an approximate 6-3/4" sliver of wood missing at the top left rail area. The markings are good, there are four filled holes on the left side barrel flat at the rear area. The action is crisp, the bore and rifling are excellent.
