This U.S. Springfield Armory M2 bolt action magazine fed rifle is in fine condition displaying approximately 99% military finish to the gun's parts with a brightly polished bolt/handle; adjustable Lyman rear peep sight & fixed blade Lyman hooded front sight, stippled butt plate, added trigger shoe & misc. small parts/securing screws. The finely grained hardwood stock is also fine with no visible cartouches or proofs. The markings are sharp including "S-A" over flaming bomb over "9-41" on the top of the barrel plus "N.S." over "M2" on the bolt handle flat and "M 2" / "D-28223-2" on the top of the bolt. The action is crisp and the bore/rifling are fine.
