This J.C. Higgins for Sears, Roebuck & Co. Model 31 semi-auto rifle is in overall fine condition displaying approximately 95% black blued finish to the gun's parts plus a brightly polished action (w/broken extractor). The finely grained wood stock is also fine showing the majority of its rich oil finish. The markings are sharp, the action requires repair and the bore/rifling are fine.
