Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre Dragon Butterfly Bowl, C. 1920s - A fine Wedgwood England Celestial Dragon Lustre bowl with butterflies. Designed by Daisy Makeig-Jones. The exterior with three gilt dragons on a mottled magenta flambe ground. The interior with multicolor lotus mandala rondel and five butterflies on a pearlescent ground, with gilt accents. Markings: gilt Wedgwood * England Vase mark, #Z4827, and painted "(?) N". A paper collection label on underside for Ginsburg Collection #44. Dimensions: 4" h x 11" diameter. Condition: Some minor surface wear marks, no cracks or chips.
