A DERBY COBALT BOTTLE VASE. Resting on a ring foot, the gourd form body overall decorated in cobalt with gilt decorations and two framed cartouches hand painted with exotic birds on one side, and floral bouquet on the other, with conforming fitted lid. The underside with blue Derby crown mark, circa 1875. Height 9.5 inches.
