Patriotic Uncle Sam Cigar Band Tray. Circa 1910s. Glass cigar folk art ashtray decoupaged with cigar band wrappers, 26 presidential portraits, and a large central image of Uncle Sam. Outside lined with red felt. 1 ½ h x 7 ½” diameter. Dust accumulation, else very good.
