[King, Martin Luther Jr., and Jackson, Jesse and Meek, Russ, et al.] Group of 6 Assorted Items Related to the Civil Rights Movement, including: “Great Gospel Minister, ” a black and white photo of Dr. King (10 x 8”, ink notes); a black and white photo of Dr. King and “Rev. J A Landry” signed by Rev. Landry (10 x 8”); a black and white photo of Rev. Jesse Jackson (10 x 8”), a mimeographed poem, Black Woman, by Russ Meek, inscribed by Meek (11 x 8 ½” with 3 hole-punch holes at right margin). Photos and poem with general rubbing, occasional soiling and toning, Jesse Jackson photo heavily worn, torn. And two magazines, including Newsweek (Blackout! July 25, 1977, some ink notes and address label on front wrapper); Sepia (Five Years After: Memories of Martin Luther King April 1973) with Dr. and Mrs. King on the front cover. Some general rubbing, mild wear to magazines. Generally good or better.
