[GRATEFUL DEAD / TAPER TAPES]. Large Collection of Grateful Dead Live Shows 1993-1995 on Cassette. 1993-95. Large group of 418 Grateful Dead “taper tapes” recorded by a longtime follower of the band. Mix of Maxell XL II, Fuji FX-I, TDK, and others. Tapes are from the period when Vince Welnick performed as the GD’s keyboardist/vocalist. Dates range from 1/24/93 to Jerry Garcia’s final performance on 7/9/95 at Soldier Field in Chicago. Each tape has clear handwritten labels with the concert’s date, venue, and setlist. Not all tested. From the Joseph Scovel Grateful Dead Collection.
