Bronze sculpture of Marie Leszczynska as Juno after Guillaume Coustou the Elder, cast by the F. Barbedienne foundry. Hera/Juno accompanied by peacock. Signed to reverse within mold "F. BARBEDIENNE FONDEUR". Provenance: Leslie Hindman, May 20 2007 sale. Lot #783. From the collection of Mr. Andrew Weertz, owner of Ports of Call, Ltd. import store in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan.
