Paul McCobb (American, 1917-1969). Dining set from The Connoisseur Collection. Wood, brass, cane. c. 1950s. For H. Sacks & Sons. Table Height: 29", Length (no leaves): 62 1/4", Depth: 41 1/4". Leaves: Captain's chairs: Height: 36", Length: 23", Depth: 26", Seat Height: 17 1/4". Side chairs: Height: 34 1/2", Length: 17", Depth: 21", Seat Height: 17 1/4". Lacquered dining table and chair set designed by Paul McCobb for H. Sacks & Sons "The Connoisseur Collection". Six dining chairs with reeded or caned backs, two captain's chairs and four side chairs. Dining table is oval shaped with a brass banded border. Two leaves and table pads.
