Mario Bucovich, (born Marius von Bucovich, 1884 to 1947, was a photo journalist of Austrian descent. The son of a Habsburg baron, Mario worked in photography studios in the 1920s and '30s. In 1939, Bucovich moved to Mexico City, where he worked as a photographer until his death in a traffic accident there.
