W.W. Greener Model FH 20 Facile Princeps single barrel trap shotgun, 12 gauge, 32" vent rib barrel, blue and color case hardened finish, checkered walnut two-piece round knob pistol grip stock, slim fore end with rosewood cap and Deeley/Edge release, beautifully engraved receiver with game scenes, auto ejector, blank round escutcheon plate in the underside of the butt stock, clear factory markings with the receiver top marked, "W.W. GREENER, MAKER / 29 PALL MALL, LONDON". The shotgun is in near excellent overall condition, retaining 95-96% rust blue finish on the barrel with light wearat the muzzle, modest scratches and handling marks. The receiver displays considerable smoky gray color case hardening with 60-70% coverage in intricate scroll and game scene engraving. The screw heads are excellent with sculpted fences. The stock is near excellent with indentations and light scratches. The checkering remains sharp and nearly all the finish is intact. The butt stock ends with a checkered rosewood butt plate, providing a 14 3/8" LOP. The action is crisp and locks up securely. The bore is very good and may clean. An outstanding Greener Facile Princeps representing one of the finest of the London makers.
