This early Remington Model 12 take down pump action .22 Rem Special caliber rifle is in overall very good + condition displaying approximately 75% muted black blued finish to the gun's parts plus a brightly polished bolt & brass cartridge tube. The sights include an adjustable flip-up Lyman peep sight, a fixed rear sight & a fixed blade front sight. The hardwood butt stock and grooved forend are good with the butt stock showing raising of the finish as if having been near heat to both sides at some time in its life. The markings are sharp, the action is crisp & the bore is fine.
